1. Shipping Areas We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available upon request - please contact us for rates and availability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Processing time does not include shipping time

3. Shipping Methods and Costs Standard Delivery (3-5 business days):

  • Orders under £50: £4.99
  • Orders £50 and over: FREE

Express Delivery (1-2 business days):

  • £9.99 for all orders

Next Day Delivery:

  • £14.99 (orders placed before 2 PM, Monday-Thursday)

4. Delivery Information

  • Delivery is Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery instructions
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes
  • Some remote areas may require additional delivery time

  • Report lost or damaged packages within 48 hours of expected delivery

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - EUROPEAN UNION

We currently ship to the following European countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Ireland.

Please note for all European orders:
